A custom journal platform for an academic publisher, built in plain PHP and MySQL with no framework. Authors register, submit manuscripts and track them from their own dashboard. Editors work from a front-end screen through the full flow: screening, review, decision, revision rounds and publication, with desk rejection, section editors and a final call from the Editor-in-Chief. Built to meet Google Scholar indexing requirements, with SMTP email and SEO set up.
